- Sie beraten unsere Kund:innen bedarfsorientiert und individuell in allen finanziellen Lebensphasen – von Geldanlage über Finanzierungen bis zur Absicherung
- Sie bauen vertrauensvolle und langfristige Kund:innenbeziehungen auf und entwickeln diese aktiv weiter
- Sie analysieren persönliche Ziele und Wünsche und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Ihren Kund:innen maßgeschneiderte Finanzkonzepte
- Sie erkennen Beratungsanlässe sowie Cross-Selling-Potenziale und setzen Impulse aktiv und kundenorientiert um
- Sie greifen bei speziellen Themen wie Baufinanzierung, Immobilienkauf, Versicherungen oder Bausparen auf unser starkes Netzwerk aus Spezialist:innen zurück und ermöglichen so eine ganzheitliche Beratung
- Sie begleiten Ihre Kund:innen umfassend und geben finanzielle Orientierung – persönlich wie digital

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und bringen idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Beratung von Kund:innen mit
- Sie treten souverän und empathisch auf und haben Freude daran, Menschen zu begeistern
- Sie denken vertrieblich, erkennen Cross-Selling-Ansätze in Gesprächen und setzen Impulse aktiv um
- Sie schätzen den Austausch im Team und tauschen sich gerne über vertriebliche Strategien und Ideen aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
