Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest an Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreporting für die Geschäftsführung und den Konzern mit
- Du erstellst Budget, Forecast und Planungen inklusive Szenarioanalysen in Abstimmung mit dem Abteilungsleiter
- Du führst Soll-Ist-Vergleiche, Abweichungsanalysen durch und gibst Handlungsempfehlungen
- Du gehst sicher mit KPI Tools um und kontrollierst die Produkt- und Projektherstellung
- Du arbeitest an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB/IFRS je nach Konzernvorgaben) mit
- Du steuerst stellvertretend Liquidität, Cashflow und Working Capital und entwickelst KPIs, Controlling-Strukturen und Finance-Prozesse weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling/Finanzbereich, idealerweise in einem KMU mit Konzernreporting
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL/Finance/Controlling) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Reporting, Planung, Forecast und Abschlusslogik
- Du besitzt sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse und ERP-Erfahrung (z. B. SAP, Dynamics, o. ä.)
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse (Konzernkommunikation) in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig („Hands-on“)
