Was erwartet Sie?

Sie verantworten die effiziente Bearbeitung der täglichen Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie die strukturierte Verwaltung unserer elektronischen Postfächer. Zudem stellen Sie durch eine vorausschauende Bedarfsplanung die Verfügbarkeit sämtlicher Büromaterialien sicher.
Als erste Kontaktperson empfangen Sie unsere Kunden und Gäste mit Souveränität und Herzlichkeit. Den Telefondienst führen Sie serviceorientiert und professionell.
On- und Offboarding (inkl. dem vollständigen Einrichten von neuen Arbeitsplätzen)
Sie unterstützen uns aktiv bei der Pflege unseres Internetauftritts sowie bei der Koordination von Marketing- und Sponsoringmaßnahmen. Mit organisatorischem Geschick planen und realisieren Sie zudem unsere Teamevents und Firmenfeiern.
Sie entlasten das Team durch die Übernahme allgemeiner Verwaltungsaufgaben und unterstützen uns zuverlässig im Tagesgeschäft.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Qualifikation: Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Bürokommunikation, Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation.
IT-Kompetenz: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und bringen eine allgemeine EDV-Affinität sowie die Bereitschaft mit, sich in neue Systeme einzuarbeiten.
Organisationstalent: Dank Ihrer strukturierten Art behalten Sie auch in turbulenten Phasen den Überblick und setzen Prioritäten richtig.
Persönlichkeit: Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Motivation aus. Als Teamplayer tragen Sie aktiv zu einem positiven Arbeitsklima bei.
