Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung und Organisation Ihrer Projekte – von der Projektübernahme aus Vertrieb/Kalkulation bis zum geordneten Projektabschluss
- Sie führen, koordinieren und leiten die Projektteams, Bauleiter, Obermonteure und Nachunternehmer vor Ort
- Sie überwachen Projektfortschritt, Termine, Kosten, Qualitätsstandards und steuern bei Abweichungen frühzeitig korrigierende Maßnahmen
- Sie stellen die technische Richtigkeit, Montagequalität, Inbetriebnahme und Abnahme der Anlagen sicher
- Sie klären Auftragsinhalte, Chancen, Risiken, Bedenken, Mehrkosten und Zusatzaufträge mit Kund:innen, internen Stellen und Behörden
- Sie verantworten Materialorganisation, Beschaffung, Preisverhandlungen und die Einweisung der Bauleiter in die Materiallogistik sowie die vollständige Projektdokumentation, Archivierung und Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsmängeln

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, eine Meister- oder Technikerqualifikation im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung elektrotechnischer Projekte, idealerweise von Großprojekten, mit
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Nachunternehmern
- Sie besitzen ein breites technisches Verständnis der Elektrotechnik und sind mit relevanten Normen und Regelwerken (DIN VDE, VOB, DGUV) vertraut
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Projektcontrolling, Kostenüberwachung, Terminsteuerung und Qualitätsmanagement
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst und kommunizieren professionell mit Kund:innen, Behörden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
