Deine Hauptaufgaben
- Projektmanagement und vor allem Umsetzung IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
- Ausbau/Stärkung der vorhandenen Applikationen, Unterstützung weiterer Geschäftsprozesse durch die Applikationen
- Unterstützung im Betrieb und Customizing der Kernanwendungen u.a.:
- SAP Business One
- Dokumentenmanagementsystem (Starke-DMS)
- Individualsoftware (Produktion/Rezeptur)
- Steuerung und Auswahl externer IT-Dienstleister
- Erstellung fundierter Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Aufbau und Pflege einer strukturierten IT-Dokumentation
- Erfassung und Betrieb eines IT-Asset- und Lizenzmanagements
- Schulungsbedarfe ermitteln, Bereitstellung und Durchführung von Anleitungen und Schulungen
Aktuelle und zukünftige Projekte (Auswahl)
- Automatisierung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365-Prozessen
- Auswahl und Einführung eines CRM-Systems
- Auswahl und Implementierung einer Logistiksoftware
- Einführung digitaler Signaturen
- Implementierung von Multi-Faktor-Authentifizierung (MFA)

Dein Profil
- Informationstechnische Ausbildung oder Studium oder korrespondierende Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld mit breitem technischem Verständnis (ERP, DMS, M365 etc.)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Applikationsmanagement
- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und unternehmerisches Denken
- Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1 sowie Englischkenntnisse mind. B2
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich IT Security von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
