Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern und leiten komplexe Strategie- und Transformationsprozesse in Gesundheitseinrichtungen, insbesondere in psychiatrischen und psychosomatischen Einrichtungen, von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung
- Sie entwickeln strategisch innovative Versorgungsmodelle und ambulante Strukturen weiter und steigern Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit in sensiblen Versorgungssettings
- Sie optimieren Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer Versorgungs- und Refinanzierungsstrukturen (wie der PEPP-Systematik) und richten psychiatrische und psychosomatische Standorte organisatorisch neu aus
- Sie begleiten die Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsprozesse und integrieren einzelne Häuser in ein zukunftsorientiertes Gesamtkonzept unter Berücksichtigung regionaler Versorgungsaufträge und wirtschaftlicher Tragfähigkeit
- Sie bauen interdisziplinäre Projektteams auf, entwickeln und führen diese, bringen besondere Expertise im Bereich psychiatrischer und psychosomatischer Einrichtungen ein und entwickeln das entsprechende Produktportfolio weiter
- Sie wirken an M&A-Projekten im stationären und ambulanten Gesundheitsmarkt mit, insbesondere im Bereich psychiatrischer Einrichtungen, führen Commercial Due Diligence durch und bewerten strategisch und wirtschaftlich Standorte und Versorgungsmodelle

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beratung und/oder im Management von Krankenhäusern mit ausgewiesener Expertise im Bereich psychiatrischer und psychosomatischer Einrichtungen
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen, leistungsrechtlichen und wirtschaftlichen Besonderheiten psychiatrischer Versorgungsstrukturen
- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfolge in Restrukturierungs- und Changemanagementprojekten im Gesundheitswesen erzielt
- Sie denken unternehmerisch, besitzen eine ausgeprägter Umsetzungsstärke sowie hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Sie haben ein sicheres Auftreten in sensiblen Organisationsstrukturen
- Sie überzeugen durch Kommunikations- und Netzwerkfähigkeit sowie Akquisestärke
