Aufgabenprofil – In welchem dieser drei Leistungsbereiche siehst du dich?
- Bewertung von Strategie, Operating Model sowie digitaler und KI‑Reife
- Entwicklung einer technologiegestützten Strategie und eines Target Operating Models (TOM)
- Steigerung des Asset‑Werts in Carve‑outs, Fusionen und Integrationen
(2) KI-gestützte Prozesse: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren BPM-Spezialisten identifizierst du datengetriebene Potenziale und leitest konkrete AI-Use-Cases ab, insbesondere
- Geschäftsprozesse bewerten und benchmarken
- Prozesse mithilfe von KI designen, optimieren und automatisieren
- Center of Excellence (CoE) für kontinuierliche Wertschöpfung etablieren
(3) Transformation & Projektmanagement:Du begleitest Kundenprojekte von der initialen Analyse bis zur messbaren Realisierung der Transformationseffekte, insbesondere
- Projekte und Programme bewerten und stabilisieren
- Technologiegestützte Transformationsprogramme designen und umsetzen
- Transformation Offices etablieren und betreiben, um Geschäftsziele nachhaltig zu sichern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, BWL oder vergleichbar.
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung (je nach Level 2-8 Jahre) in der Strategie- oder IT-Beratung.
- Branchen-Fokus: Du kennst dich idealerweise in den Bereichen Manufacturing, Aviation & Defense oder Mobility aus.
- Technologie-Leidenschaft: Du beherrschst den Umgang mit KI im Beratungsalltag und begeisterst dich für digitale Trends.
- Soft Skills: Hohe Eigeninitiative, analytische Tiefe und ein unbestechlicher Qualitätsanspruch.
- Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
