Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Nutzer:innen aktiv bleiben, Touren zuverlässig gestartet und abgeschlossen werden – und dass unsere Daten zu Ladeorten (z. B. Zugang, Fotos, Verfügbarkeit, Details) konsistent und hochwertig sind.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du beantwortest Nutzeranfragen über unsere Support-Kanäle (z. B. In-App, E-Mail, Chat) und hilfst bei Problemen rund um Touren, Tasks und Rewards
- Du moderierst Nutzerfeedback (z. B. Kommentare, Meldungen zu Ladeorten) und sorgst für klare, freundliche Kommunikation
- Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Fragen/Probleme und schlägst Verbesserungen für FAQs, In-App Copy und Prozesse vor
- Du startest und betreust Touren: Auswahl geeigneter Regionen/Orte, Priorisierung nach Bedarf, Koordination im Tool
- Du prüfst eingereichte Tasks (z. B. Fotos, Standortinfos, Zugang/Öffnungszeiten, Ladepunkt-Details) anhand definierter Qualitätskriterien
- Du gibst Tasks frei, lehnst sie begründet ab oder forderst Nachbesserungen an (inkl. klarer Guidelines an Nutzer:innen)
- Du stellst sicher, dass Ladeorte vollständig und konsistent sind (Attribute, Beschreibungen, Tags, Fotos, Zugang, Betreiberinfos)
- Du erkennst und bereinigst Duplikate, falsche Einträge oder widersprüchliche Daten
- Du pflegst Regeln/Standards für Datenqualität und entwickelst Checklisten weiter (z. B. “Was muss ein guter Ladeort-Eintrag enthalten?”)
- Du identifizierst auffällige Muster (z. B. wiederholte Fake-Fotos, Copy-Paste, GPS-Anomalien) und eskalierst Fälle
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau einfacher Kontrollen (z. B. Sampling, 4-Augen-Review bei Grenzfällen)
- Du trackst Kernmetriken (z. B. Task-Abschlussrate, Ablehnungsgründe, Zeit bis Review, häufigste Datenfehler)
- Du erstellst kurze wöchentliche Reports und leitest konkrete Verbesserungsvorschläge für Produkt und Ops ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in einem operativen Umfeld: Support, Moderation, Community, Operations, Content Review oder ähnliches (z. B. Werkstudent:in, Praktikum, Junior-Rolle)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (C1+) und gutes Englisch
- Du hast eine hohe Sorgfalt und einen “Qualitätsblick” – du erkennst Inkonsistenzen und hast Spaß daran, Dinge sauber zu machen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
