Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie wirken in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit, beispielsweise bei der fachlichen Betreuung und Vorbereitung der Einführung von SAP S/4 HANA, und leiten die Controlling-Abteilung bestehend aus drei Personen fachlich und disziplinarisch
- Sie betreuen und beraten die inländischen und ausländischen Gruppengesellschaften als Business Partner:in in betriebswirtschaftlichen Belangen
- Sie sind verantwortlich für das Monatsreporting, die Forecast- und Budgetplanung und stellen die Kostentransparenz sowie die Datenqualität sicher
- Sie führen Abweichungsanalysen durch und leiten daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie erstellen und entwickeln Analysen, Reports, KPIs, Dashboards und Präsentationen weiter
- Sie bereiten Investitionsentscheidungen, Business Cases sowie Make-or-Buy-Analysen vor

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit anschließender Weiterbildung im Controlling oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium in diesem Bereich
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufgabenbereich, vorzugsweise im produktionsnahen Umfeld, sowie erste Führungserfahrung
- Sie gehen strukturiert und analytisch vor und besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationskompetenz
- Sie zeigen ausgeprägte Leistungsbereitschaft und Organisationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Eigeninitiative, Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit zu eigenständigem Denken und Handeln
- Sie haben umfassende Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint, SAP-Erfahrung ist wünschenswert
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
