Was erwartet dich?
- Als Herzstück unseres Haustechnik-Teams verantwortest Du die Wartung, Reparatur und Neuinstallation unserer Sanitär- und Heizungsanlagen.
- Du gehst eigenständig auf Störungssuche an unseren gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und sorgst dafür, dass von der Wasserversorgung bis zur Heizung alles reibungslos funktioniert.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinen Teamkollegen planst Du regelmäßige Inspektionen und dokumentierst Deine durchgeführten Arbeiten sorgfältig.
- Du unterstützt bei allgemeinen betrieblichen Abläufen, hilfst auch mal bei der Veranstaltungstechnik oder im IT-First-Level-Support aus.
- Nach Deiner Einarbeitung übernimmst Du im Wechsel mit dem Team auch Rufbereitschaftsdienste und bei Bedarf gelegentliche Fahrdienste.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gas- und Wasserinstallateur:in, Anlagenmechaniker:in für SHK oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von haustechnischen Anlagen mit.
- Du besitzt mindestens einen Führerschein der Klasse B – idealerweise hast du bereits die Klasse C oder bist motiviert, diese zu erwerben.
- Als Teamplayer arbeitest du eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und packst gerne mit an, wo es nötig ist.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Alltag sprichst du fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).
