- Gemeinsam mit deinen 5 Performance Marketing Kolleg/-innen teilst du Wissen, lernst voneinander und bleibst bei aktuellen Trends immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
- Du lernst, wie du hohe Tagesbudgets effizient über unsere Werbekanäle wie Meta, Instagram, Google und YouTube managst und optimierst.
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung unserer Kampagnen, findest profitable Kampagnen-Setups und optimierst diese stetig im Hinblick auf unsere Kampagnenziele.
- Du analysierst & optimierst die Reise von über 1 Mio. jährlichen Nutzern auf unserer Seite.
- Du tauschst dich mit unserem Content Marketing- und Grafik-Team über die Ad-Performance aus und gibst Impulse zur Verbesserung der Werbung.
- Du pushst Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäfts voran. Ein Test für einen neuen Marketing-Kanal? Eine Idee für eine Automatisierung, die uns 20 min Zeit/Tag spart? Oder etwas ganz anderes? Dein Input ist Willkommen!

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Idealerweise konntest du bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Online-Marketing sammeln, zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten.
- Dank deiner analytischen Fähigkeiten und deiner zahlengetriebenen Arbeitsweise fällt es dir leicht, Performance-Daten zu interpretieren und daraus Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
- Du bist neugierig, hast Lust, dich tief in die Welt des Performance Marketings einzuarbeiten und bringst den Willen mit, unsere Kampagnen jeden Tag ein Stück besser zu machen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf sehr gutem Niveau (mind. C1) und freust dich auf die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team in Dresden.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
