Du setzt als Kundenbetreuer:in die regionale Vertriebsstrategie eigenständig um und trägst Verantwortung für die Realisierung von quantitativen und qualitativen Zielen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Pflanzenbau und der Landwirtschaft und hast Grundkenntnisse in der betrieblichen Landwirtschaft
Du bist eine erfolgsorientierte, kommunikative und positiv eingestellte Persönlichkeit und konntest bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb sammeln
Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, die für einen täglichen Austausch mit unseren Landwirt:innen ein Muss sind
Du handelst proaktiv, hast eine Hands-On Mentalität und der stetige Blick über den Tellerrand hinaus ist für dich selbstverständlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
