Als technischer Bauleiter (m/w/d) im SHK-Bereich verantwortest du die Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Kundendienst- und Projektabläufen und unterstützt dein Team fachlich sowie organisatorisch im Tagesgeschäft. Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle für Kunden, Partner und interne Kollegen, entwickelst technische Lösungen und stellst Qualität sowie effiziente Abläufe sicher. In einem traditionsreichen Familienunternehmen übernimmst du damit eine Schlüsselrolle für reibungslose Prozesse, Kundenzufriedenheit und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

Was erwartet dich?

Tages- und Wochenplanung der Kundendienstmonteure sowie Einsatz- und Ressourcensteuerung
Priorisierung von Reparaturen und Notfällen (Terminierung von Wartung- und Störungsbeseitigung und Reparaturen an Öl- und Gasfeuerungsanlagen – vertretungsweise)
Technische Unterstützung des Teams bei komplexen Reparaturen und kleineren Teilsanierungen
Ansprechpartner Nr. 1 für Kunden, Hausverwaltungen und Gewerke – inkl. Terminabstimmung
Erstellung und Bewertung technischer Lösungen im Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungsbereich
Kontrolle von Reparaturen und kleineren Teilsanierungen unter Einhaltung relevanter Normen (DIN, DVGW, TRGI, VDI)
Angebotswesen im Kundendienst: Erstellung, Bewertung & Nachverfolgung
Objektbegehungen, Abnahmen und Qualitätssicherung
Bestellung von Material & Ersatzteilen sowie wirtschaftliche Einschätzung von Reparaturenund kleineren Teilsanierungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Fundiertes Wissen in Heizungs-, Sanitär- und Lüftungstechnik
Erfahrung mit komplexen Anlagen (z.B. Brennwert, Fernwärme, Wärmepumpen, Zentralheizungsanlagen – optional)
Kenntnisse in Normen & Vorschriften (TRGI, DVGW, DIN, VDI, VDE, Trinkwasserhygiene)
Erfahrung in der Planung und Koordination von Reparaturen und Modernisierungen sowie Qualitätskontrollen, Abnahmen und Dokumentenmanagement
Sicherer Umgang mit Regel- und Steuerungstechnik moderner Systeme
Erfahrung mit Kundendienstsoftware, ERP-Systemen und digitalen Service-Apps
Hohe Serviceorientierung und klare technische Kommunikation
