Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die Implementierung unseres neuen ERP-Systems Abas
- Sie planen, steuern und setzen das ERP-Einführungsprojekt um – inklusive Zeit-, Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement
- Sie koordinieren externe Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner und stellen eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit sicher
- Sie analysieren Anforderungen, konzipieren neue Abläufe und setzen Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen um
- Sie sorgen für eine strukturierte System- und Prozessdokumentation und halten diese aktuell
- Sie planen und führen Schulungen durch, erstellen dazu passende Schulungsunterlagen und betreuen das Abas-ERP-System nach dem Go-Live, indem Sie es kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung im ERP-Projektmanagement und haben idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Abas
- Sie sind teamfähig, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie bringen ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen in produzierenden Unternehmen mit
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
