Was erwartet dich?

Du beratest Eigentümer, Erben, Steuerberater sowie Rechtsanwälte telefonisch zu hochwertigen Immobiliengutachten
Du ermittelst präzise den individuellen Bedarf bei Themen wie Hauskauf, Erbschaft oder steuerlicher Optimierung
Du verantwortest den gesamten Verkaufsprozess vom Erstkontakt bis zum Abschluss ohne Kaltakquise
Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team vor Ort in Walldorf zusammen und verzichtest auf Home Office
Du nutzt unser CRM System für eine lückenlose Dokumentation und konsequente Nachverfolgung deiner Kontakte
Du setzt unser strukturiertes Sales Playbook für eine professionelle Gesprächsführung ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein Studium (Bachelor/Master), das wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich ist oder bist Quereinsteiger:in mit starkem Sales-Mindset
Du besitzt einschlägige Erfahrung im Vertrieb beratungsintensiver Produkte, beispielsweise aus der Finanz oder Vermögensberatung, dem Versicherungsbereich, der Baufinanzierung, dem Immobilienwesen oder dem SaaS und B2B Umfeld
Du weist konkrete Vertriebserfolge nach und bist motiviert durch transparente Leistungskennzahlen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
