Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten unsere Projekte und steuern die Auftragsabwicklung über alle Projektphasen eigenverantwortlich
- Sie sind Spezialist:in für sicherheitstechnische Anlagen, z. B. Brandmelde-, Einbruchmelde-, Videoüberwachungs- oder Lautsprecheranlagen
- Sie vertreten die Projektbelange gegenüber internen Abteilungen, Kund:innen und Lieferanten
- Sie verantworten die Personaleinsatzplanung für Eigen- und Fremdpersonal
- Sie koordinieren Inbetriebnahme, Funktionsprüfungen und Abnahmen der erbrachten Leistungen
- Sie kalkulieren Nachtragsangebote in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und sorgen für die Aufbereitung von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der technischen und kaufmännischen Projekt- und Baustellenabwicklung
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene und in Deutschland anerkannte elektrotechnische Ausbildung, z.B. als Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise mit Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, die Sie auch bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben nicht verzweifeln lässt
- Sie koordinieren Ihr Team problemlos und bringen es positiv voran, dank Ihrer Erfahrung in der Mitarbeitendenführung und gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind souverän im Umgang mit Kund:innen, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen
- Sie bringen Führungs- und Organisationserfahrung in der Koordination von Mitarbeitenden und Nachunternehmern mit
