Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie steuern die technische und organisatorische Arbeitsvorbereitung für unsere SF-Bauprojekte und stellen als zentrale Schnittstelle den reibungslosen Austausch zwischen Planung und Bauausführung sicher.
- Mithilfe gängiger Software wie MS Office erstellen Sie detaillierte Bauzeitenpläne, koordinieren die Abfolge der Gewerke und stimmen sich eng mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen und Behörden ab.
- Sie übernehmen die Organisation der Baustelleneinrichtung, erstellen die notwendigen Pläne und begleiten den Prozess zur Einholung der Baugenehmigungen.
- Sie wirken aktiv im Projektcontrolling mit, indem Sie die Projektdokumentation pflegen, Soll-Ist-Vergleiche zu Kosten und Terminen erstellen und das Team bei der Nachtragsbearbeitung unterstützen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Koordination von Hochbauprojekten sammeln.
- Kenntnisse im deutschen Bauvertragsrecht sind ein klares Plus, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie versiert; Erfahrung mit Bausoftware wie BPS ist von Vorteil.
- Als Organisationstalent überzeugen Sie durch eine zuverlässige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und den Willen, Projekte erfolgreich abzuschließen.
- Ihre sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
