Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die technische und organisatorische Vorbereitung von Bauprojekten, einschließlich Bauablaufplanung, Ressourcen- und Materialdisposition und Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Planung und Ausführung
- Sie erstellen detaillierte Bauzeitenpläne in Form von Balken- und Netzplänen, koordinieren die Gewerkeabfolge und stimmen sich dabei eng mit Architekt:innen, Fachplaner:innen sowie Behörden ab
- Sie organisieren die Baustellenvorbereitung, erstellen Baustelleneinrichtungspläne und kümmern sich um Genehmigungen
- Sie führen die Projektdokumentation, erstellen Soll-Ist-Vergleiche zu Kosten und Terminen und unterstützen in der Nachtragsbearbeitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich bestandenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben erste Erfahrungen als Bauleiter:in von Hochbauprojekten sowie Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht sind wünschenswert
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, BPS ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, zuverlässig, zeigen Eigeninitiative und haben den Ehrgeiz, Projekte zum Erfolg führen zu wollen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
