Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest und steuerst eigenverantwortlich Individualbau- und Sonderprojekte
- Du fungierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, Kreativteam, Werkstatt und externen Partner:innen
- Du planst, koordinierst und überwachst Projektabläufe, Termine und Ressourcen
- Du kommunizierst und berätst Kund:innen während aller Projektphasen
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Budgetplanung, Angebotskalkulation sowie das Projektcontrolling
- Du übernimmst die projektbezogene Personal- und Kapazitätsplanung und entwickelst effiziente Projekt- und Prozessstrukturen weiter

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise im Sonderbau, Messe- oder Markenprojektumfeld oder vergleichbaren handwerklichen Bereichen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bist durchsetzungsstark und trittst souverän gegenüber Kund:innen und Projektbeteiligten auf
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge, Budgetverantwortung und Projektcontrolling
- Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis und Nähe zu handwerklichen Prozessen mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst und hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team mit flachen Hierarchien

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
