Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung komplexer Projekte, idealerweise im Sonderbau, Messe- oder Markenprojektumfeld oder vergleichbaren handwerklichen Bereichen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Du bist durchsetzungsstark und trittst souverän gegenüber Kund:innen und Projektbeteiligten auf
- Du hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis für kaufmännische Zusammenhänge, Budgetverantwortung und Projektcontrolling
- Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis und Nähe zu handwerklichen Prozessen mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst und hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem kleinen Team mit flachen Hierarchien

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
