Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust deinen festen Mandantenstamm eigenverantwortlich in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung.
- Du erstellst Jahresabschlüsse sowie Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen.
- Du zeigst Mandanten proaktiv steuerliche Gestaltungsspielräume auf und übernimmst die Korrespondenz mit den Finanzämtern.
- Du begleitest die Digitalisierung (z. B. mit DATEV Unternehmen online) und optimierst Schnittstellen.
- Du gestaltest unsere Kanzleientwicklung aktiv durch eigene Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder ein relevantes Studium abgeschlossen – eine Weiterbildung zum Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) ist ein Plus.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Finanz-/Lohnbuchhaltung oder bei Jahresabschlüssen mit.
- Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, serviceorientiert und bringst eine hohe IT-Affinität für unsere digitalen Prozesse mit.
- Du hast Freude an Teamarbeit und Lust, dich mit unserer Unterstützung fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
