Was erwartet Dich?
- Du betreust kaufmännisch Bauprojekte im Bereich Innenausbau über alle Phasen hinweg – von der Kalkulation und Vorbereitung über die Realisierung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschlus
- Du bewertest Vertragsbedingungen und Leistungsbeschreibungen bereits in der Angebotsphase, um von Anfang an die richtigen Weichen zu stellen
- Du führst Vergabeverhandlungen und erstellst sowie wickelst Nachunternehmer- und Lieferantenverträge in enger Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung ab
- Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich regelmäßige Soll-Ist-Vergleiche sowie präzise Prognosen zu Kosten, Leistung und Ergebnis (Projektcontrolling)
- Du erstellst und optimierst Ausschreibungsunterlagen und stellst die Vertragsunterlagen rechtssicher zusammen
- Du planst, erstellst und verhandelst Zahlungspläne und behältst dabei Forderungen, Zahlungen und Bürgschaften stets im Griff
- Du managst Nachträge souverän und nimmst aktiv an Baubesprechungen sowie Vertragsnachverhandlungen teil

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Betriebswirt:in oder Bauingenieur:in sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Baubranche
- Du verfügst über gefestigte und aktuelle Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vertragsrecht, die dir im Projektalltag Sicherheit geben
- Du hast Erfahrung mit unterschiedlichen Vertragstypen und bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit dem Baustellenschriftverkehr
- Du zeigst Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und handelst konsequent eigenverantwortlich
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und bringst die nötige Flexibilität für die Dynamik auf der Baustelle mit
- Du hast Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ein sicheres, professionelles Auftreten gegenüber allen Projektbeteiligten
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie gängigen AVA-Programmena
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, was für unsere Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Partnern wünschenswert ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
