Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Erstellung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen für spannende Großprojekte im Wohnungs- und Gewerbebau
- Du fertigst präzise 2D- und 3D-Zeichnungen, Detailplanungen sowie aussagekräftige Präsentationen und Visualisierungen für Wettbewerbe und Bauherren an
- Du wirkst im Team bei der Koordination von Fachplanern mit und begleitest den gesamten kreativen sowie technischen Entstehungsprozess eines Gebäudes
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Modellbauten und der Dokumentation von Projektfortschritten, um unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards zu sichern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium der Architektur (Master, Bachelor oder Diplom) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und brennst darauf, deine Fähigkeiten in die Praxis einzubringen
- Du bringst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Architekt mit
- Du bringst eine hohe gestalterische Qualität, ein gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Raum, Material und Details mit
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit gängiger CAD- und 3D-Software (z. B. Nemetschek Allplan, Archicad oder Rhino) sowie den Adobe-Programmen (Photoshop, InDesign)
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamgeist, eine strukturierte und engagierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine offene Kommunikation im interdisziplinären Austausch aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1-Niveau)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
