Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie bereiten Untergründe fachgerecht vor, indem Sie schleifen, grundieren und spachteln, und führen hochwertige Lackierungen an Karosserieteilen und Ganzfahrzeugen durch
- Sie bestimmen präzise den richtigen Farbton mit Hilfe moderner digitaler Mischsysteme und mischen die Lacke eigenständig an
- Sie beseitigen Lackschäden durch Smart-Repair und führen Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen sowie Finish-Arbeiten wie Polieren und Versiegeln durch
- Sie kontrollieren die Ergebnisse auf Farbgenauigkeit und Oberflächengüte, um den hohen unternehmensinternen Standard sicherzustellen
- Sie warten und pflegen die Lackierkabinen sowie die Werkzeuge als Teil Ihres professionellen Arbeitens

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fahrzeuglackierer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Lackierbereich
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Karosserie-Fachbetrieb mit
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Präzision, ein geschultes Auge für Farben und Formen sowie sauberes Arbeiten aus
- Sie sind zuverlässig, arbeiten gerne im Team und behalten auch bei hohem Aufkommen einen kühlen Kopf
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, der für das Rangieren der Kund:innenfahrzeuge erforderlich ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
