Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher SEO-Strategien für namhafte Kunden, von der technischen Optimierung über - bis hin zu Offpage-Maßnahmen.
- Mithilfe gängiger SEO- und Webanalyse-Tools führst Du tiefgehende Audits durch, deckst Potenziale auf und leitest datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner steuerst Du die Kundenkommunikation, präsentierst Deine Ergebnisse und berätst proaktiv auf strategischer Ebene.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung von SEO-Projekten und unterstützt aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung und dem Mentoring von Junior-Kolleg:innen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Entwickler- und Content-Teams stellst Du die erfolgreiche Umsetzung Deiner Konzepte sicher und überwachst die Performance durch aussagekräftige Reportings.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit und bist versiert in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher SEO-Strategien (Offpage, Technical).
- Im Umgang mit gängigen SEO- und Webanalyse-Tools (z.B. Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics) bist du sicher und datengetrieben.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der proaktiven Kundenberatung und idealerweise erste Kenntnisse in der Führung oder dem Aufbau von Teams.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS sowie JavaScript und hast Erfahrung mit gängigen CMS- und Shopsystemen.
- Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und konzeptionelle Stärke zeichnen dich aus.
- Du kommunizierst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
