Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest unsere Service-Management-Plattform (insbesondere Jira Service Management inkl. der Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Systemen) und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter, um eine effiziente Steuerung unserer Service- und Ticketprozesse zu ermöglichen
- Du stellst einen stabilen und skalierbaren Plattformbetrieb sicher und arbeitest dazu eng mit internen Kolleg:innen sowie externen Dienstleister:innen zusammen
- Du konfigurierst und entwickelst die Plattformfunktionalitäten weiter – etwa durch Workflows, Automationen, Felder, Reporting sowie Integrationen zu anderen Systemen
- Du unterstützt die Fachbereiche, insbesondere den Kundenservice, dabei, ihre Serviceprozesse effizient auf der Plattform abzubilden
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich Nutzungsverhalten, neue Funktionen und Markttrends rund um Service‑Management‑Tools und bewertest deren Einsatzmöglichkeiten
- Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden Prozessen und entwickelst technologische Lösungen zur Automatisierung und Vereinfachung von Serviceabläufen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs – alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit Service-Management- oder Ticketplattformen mit, idealerweise mit Jira Service Management
- Du hast Spaß daran, Plattformen technisch zu gestalten und Prozesse digital abzubilden, z. B. durch Workflows und Automationen
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis von IT-Systemen, Schnittstellen und Plattformarchitekturen
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Cloud-Services, API-Integrationen oder Automatisierungsmöglichkeiten moderner Plattformtools mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und hast Freude daran, komplexe Anforderungen in stabile und einfache technische Lösungen zu überführen
- Du arbeitest erfolgreich mit Fachbereichen, Service-Teams und IT-Partner:innen zusammen, dank Deiner ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
