Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig: Als IT System Engineer – Managed IT-Services (m/w/d) bist du zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden im täglichen IT-Support und sorgst dafür, dass Störungen strukturiert gelöst und Systeme stabil betrieben werden.

Was erwartet dich?

Du nimmst IT-Supportanfragen über unser ITSM-System an, bearbeitest und löst sie sowohl telefonisch als auch remote
Du unterstützt Anwender:innen bei technischen Fragen und Problemen im Arbeitsalltag
Du bearbeitest Incidents (Störungen) und Service Requests (Serviceanfragen)
Du führst Benutzer- und Berechtigungsänderungen sowie Standard Changes durch
Du analysierst und löst eigenständig technische Probleme im Client- und Microsoft-Umfeld
Du stellst eine strukturierte Ticketbearbeitung inklusive sauberer Dokumentation sicher und betreust Kundenumgebungen im Tagesbetrieb, insbesondere Windows Clients, Microsoft 365 Umgebung, Active Directory
Du unterstützt bei Wartungsaufgaben, Updates und Systempflege sowie bei der Bearbeitung von Monitoring-Meldungen und Systemhinweisen
Du wirkst bei der Sicherstellung stabiler und standardisierter Kundenumgebungen mit und eskalierst komplexere technische Themen an nachgelagerte Engineering-Teams
Du unterstützt bei der Umsetzung definierter Managed Services und dokumentierst Lösungen und Kundenumgebungen sauber
Du wirkst beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Wissensdatenbanken, Runbooks und Standardlösungen mit und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
Du arbeitest strukturiert und nachvollziehbar im ITSM-System und kommunizierst professionell und freundlich mit Kund:innen
Du wirkst aktiv an der Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen und Abläufen mit
