- Aktive Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in diversen Aufgabenstellungen, sowie dem
laufenden Tagesgeschäft - Aufbereitung strategischer Themen entscheidungsorientiert sowie begleitende
- Umsetzung zentraler Unternehmensziele gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung
- Durchführung von Recherchen, Analysen und Reports, Erstellung von Protokollen und
Präsentationen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen für das Top Management - Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Umsetzung wichtiger Projekte, Mitwirkung bei
Prozessanalysen und Optimierungsprozessen - Koordination und Überwachung von Projekten und komplexen Themen
- Erstellung von Kennzahlen und regelmäßigen Auswertungen
- Schnittstelle und kompetenter Ansprechpartner:in für externe Stellen
- Organisation und Vorbereitung von internen und externen Besprechungen
- Priorisierung anstehender Themen, Termine und Korrespondenzen

Damit begeistern Sie uns:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Funktion als Referent (m/w/d) der Geschäftsführung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
