Was erwartet dich?
- Sie übernehmen persönlich und medial die bedarfsgerechte und ganzheitliche genossenschaftliche Beratung zu den Themen Finanzierung, Liquidität, Absicherung, Vermögen und Vorsorge
- Sie beraten unsere Gewerbekunden markt- und bedarfsorientiert unter Berücksichtigung von Ertrags- und Risikogesichtspunkten und Einbindung interner und externer Spezialisten.
- Sie repräsentieren die Bank bei Kundenveranstaltungen sowie öffentlichen Auftritten
- Ihre eigenverantwortliche, aktive Kundenansprache und die Akquisition von Neukunden runden Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.
- Sie nehmen an regelmäßigen Lern- und Entwicklungsformaten teil und bleiben so immer auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung.
- Sie befinden sich derzeit in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Erststudium/einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation oder haben bereits einen entsprechenden Abschluss.
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung oder haben bereits Erfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft gesammelt oder fachspezifische Fortbildungen besucht.
- Sie zeigen Begeisterung für den Vertrieb und haben eine hohe Kundenorientierung, sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Sie haben eine strukturierte, eigenständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise.
- Sie sind zuverlässig, team- und kommunikationsfähig.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
