Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die gesamte anästhesiologische Versorgung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten und stellen dabei höchste medizinische Standards sicher.
- Sie führen eigenständig Allgemein- und Regionalanästhesien durch und begleiten Menschen sicher durch operative Eingriffe.
- In der Intensivmedizin übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle und steuern die Diagnostik sowie Therapie bei kritisch kranken Patientinnen und Patienten.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie auf Augenhöhe mit den chirurgischen Fachabteilungen, dem Pflegeteam und weiteren therapeutischen Berufsgruppen zusammen.
- Sie geben Ihr Fachwissen aktiv weiter, indem Sie Assistenzärztinnen und -ärzte in ihrer Weiterbildung anleiten und supervidieren.
- Durch Ihre Teilnahme am Bereitschafts- und Rufdienst gewährleisten Sie eine lückenlose medizinische Versorgungssicherheit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Facharzt (m/w/d) für Anästhesiologie mit fundierter praktischer Erfahrung in der Regionalanästhesie und Intensivmedizin.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Zusatzqualifikationen wie die Zusatzbezeichnung Intensivmedizin, Notfallmedizin, Fachkunde im Strahlenschutz oder Erfahrung im Rettungsdienst.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement und einer klaren Patientenorientierung.
- Als teamfähige und kommunikative Persönlichkeit fördern Sie die erfolgreiche interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Klinikalltag.
- Für die optimale Patientenkommunikation und Dokumentation beherrschen Sie die deutsche Sprache fließend (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
