Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest fachlich und disziplinarisch den SHK-Kundendienst
- Du planst den Einsatz und die Kapazitäten der Servicetechniker:innen
- Du stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sowie Termintreue sicher
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Kund:innen, Mitarbeitende und externe Partner:innen
- Du optimierst Abläufe, Prozesse und Servicekonzepte
- Du unterstützt bei der Angebotskalkulation, Nachträgen und Abrechnung und arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung und Projektleitung zusammen
