Teamleitung Personalmanagement und Strategie (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst fachlich und disziplinarisch das HR-Team und arbeitest bei allen personalrelevanten Themen eng mit der Geschäftsführung sowie den Führungskräften zusammen
- Du entwickelst effiziente HR-Prozesse und Strukturen weiter, gestaltest eine zukunftsorientierte HR-Strategie und begleitest moderne Veränderungsprozesse
- Du entwickelst moderne Recruiting-Strategien (Active Sourcing, Employer Branding, etc.) und steuerst sowie optimierst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess
- Du stellst eine positive Kandidatenerfahrung im Recruitment Prozess sicher
- Du förderst eine positive, wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur und konzipierst ein ganzheitliches Gesundheitsmanagement zur Steigerung der Angestelltenzufriedenheit
- Du planst Maßnahmen zur fachlichen und persönlichen Entwicklung, implementierst Talentprogramme und etablierst moderne Feedback- sowie Performance-Management-Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise mit erster Führungserfahrung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in moderner Personalarbeit, Arbeitsrecht und HR-Trends
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Personalentwicklung sowie im Aufbau von Entwicklungsprogrammen
- Du denkst strategisch und hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
- Du hast eine hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Diskretion
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
