Was erwartet dich?
- Du verbindest Patient:innen, Ärzt:innen, Pflegeeinrichtungen und Kliniken und verfolgst das Ziel, eine bestmögliche Wundversorgung sicherzustellen
- Du startest deinen Arbeitstag direkt von zu Hause aus und fährst ohne Umwege zu deinen Patient:innen
- Du baust durch deine persönliche Präsenz, Empathie und Beratungsstärke langfristige Beziehungen zu medizinischen Partner:innen auf und pflegst dein Netzwerk aktiv und vertrauensvoll
- Du planst deine Termine sowie die gesamte Gebietsbetreuung eigenständig von zu Hause aus mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Kooperationen und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du erkennst Versorgungsbedarfe, gehst offen auf neue Kontakte zu und verstehst es, langfristige und vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Du gewinnst mit deinem Fachwissen, deinem professionellen Auftreten und deiner Verlässlichkeit Vertrauen gleichermaßen von Patient:innen und Partner:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine 3-jährige abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im humanmedizinischen Bereich mit, z.B. als Altenpfleger:in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Medizinische:r Fachangestellte:r, Pflegefachkraft oder Pflegefachmann/-frau (m/w/d)
- Du zeichnest dich durch praktische und theoretische Erfahrung in der Wundversorgung aus und hast idealerweise bereits eine Qualifikation als Wundexpert:in oder Wundmanager:in (DIMW)
- Du gewinnst Menschen mit deiner positiven und authentischen Art und überzeugst durch Fachwissen und Begeisterung in Versorgungsmanagement, Beratung und Kommunikation
- Du hast Freude daran, neue Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen, bestehende Kontakte zu pflegen und Kooperationen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln
- Du erkennst mit deinem unternehmerischen Denken Marktpotenziale, setzt Impulse und gestaltest so den Erfolg deines Gebietes
- Du bist im Besitz eines Führerscheins der Klasse B, hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst bei Bedarf ein aktuelles polizeiliches Führungszeugnis vorlegen

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.
Can I send several applications at once?

Can other companies see where else I have applied?
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
