Du leitest und koordinierst Kundenprojekte von der Planungsphase bis zur finalen Übergabe. Dabei stellst du eine strukturierte und zielorientierte Projektabwicklung sicher
Du erstellst Projektpläne und Budgets und überwachst deren Einhaltung kontinuierlich. Abweichungen erkennst du frühzeitig und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ein. Qualität und Termintreue stehen für dich dabei stets im Fokus
Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern. Zudem führst du Vertrags‑ und Projektverhandlungen mit unseren Kund:innen
Du identifizierst und bewertest Projektrisiken und sorgst für geeignete Gegenmaßnahmen. Die Einhaltung von Sicherheits‑ und Umweltstandards stellst du dabei sicher und erstellst regelmäßige Berichte und Statusupdates an das Management

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bachelor, Diplom (FH) oder im Rahmen eines dualen Studiums (BA) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
Du bringst mindestens zehn Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Abwicklung hochkomplexer Projekte im Anlagenbau, idealerweise mit einem Projektvolumen von über 100 Mio. EUR und unter Einbindung mehrerer Projektpartner:innen
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit MS Project und SAP
Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und äußerst zuverlässig
Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Du hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und bist bereit, dich kontinuierlich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
Du bist bereit, teilweise international zu reisen, bis zu 60 % der Zeit
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
