- Verantwortung für das Produktmanagement und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
- Anlage, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Produkt- und Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System
- Erstellung und Pflege von technischen Datenblättern, Handbüchern, Produktkatalogen und Preislisten
- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Prüfung technischer Zeichnungen und 3D-Modelle mit CAD-Systemen (insbesondere SolidWorks)
- Analyse von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen sowie Ableitung von Produkt- und Preisstrategien
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Entwicklung und Produktion
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs durch technische Beratung und Angebotsausarbeitung
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Pflege von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Produktdokumentationen
- Steuerung und Koordination von Produkteinführungen sowie Produktanpassungen
- Identifikation, Auswahl und Entwicklung geeigneter Lieferanten
- Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und Preisvergleichen
- Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Reports zur Produktperformance
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse und Abläufe
- Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in allen relevanten Systemen und Dokumentationen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stakeholdern auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Produktmanagement oder ein vergleichbares Studium im Bereich Engineering (z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement oder in der Materialwirtschaft, vorzugsweise in einem technisch geprägten Umfeld
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise Sage100) sowie mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen, insbesondere SolidWorks, sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und 3D-Modellen
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen (Datenblätter, Handbücher, Produktkataloge, etc.) und Preislisten
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
