- Du bündelst und strukturierst alle Governance-Themen
- Du übersetzt diese in konkrete, umsetzbare Anforderungen
- Du baust schlanke, funktionierende Prozesse auf
- Du arbeitest mit BUILD und RUN zusammen
- Du moderierst die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen, einschließlich DORA
- Du begleitest Audits als Teil deiner Rolle und gestaltest Serviceprozesse wie Incident, Change und Access mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Governance, IT-Compliance, IT-Risk oder IT-nahen Rollen wie Service Management, Security oder im Audit-Umfeld
- Du hast ein Grundverständnis von Security, IAM und gängigen IT-Prozessen wie Incident, Change und Access
- Du hast idealerweise erste Berührung mit Regulatorik wie DORA und/oder Standards wie ITIL, ISO 27001 oder COBIT
- Du arbeitest pragmatisch, lösungsorientiert und hands-on und bringst Themen in die Umsetzung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten, kannst übersetzen, strukturieren und Stakeholder abholen
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C2) und gut Englisch (mindestens B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
