Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt den Technical Manager dabei, einen reibungslosen technischen Betriebsablauf im Shopping-Center The Playce Potsdamer Platz (POB) sicherzustellen
- Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um Maßnahmen rund um den laufenden Betrieb als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle technischen Belange
- Du veranlasst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufträge und koordinierst den Einsatz von Wartungsfirmen und weiteren Dienstleistern
- Du unterstützt zusätzlich deine Führungskraft bei der Einhaltung von Verkehrssicherungspflichten und sicherheitsrelevanten Vorgaben sowie bei der Planung und Kontrolle des Budgets
- Du hast stets den wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Betrieb des Shopping-Centers im Blick und übernimmst in Abwesenheit des Technical Managers dessen fachliche Vertretung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektriker (m/w/d) oder Anlagenmechaniker (m/w/d) für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik sowie mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Facility Management mit
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Fortbildungen in technischen Bereichen wie Überwachungs-, Steuer-, Regel- und Optimierungseinrichtungen in Gebäuden sowie im Bereich der Brandmeldeanlage (BMA) und/oder hast deine Meisterausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du überzeugst mit einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung und einem starken Organisationstalent, das dich in jeder Situation den Überblick behalten lässt
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, im Rahmen handelsüblicher Arbeitszeiten - auch an Wochenenden - engagiert mit anzupacken
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP mit
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse und fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
