Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Objektplanung für anspruchsvolle Neu- und Umbauprojekte im Gesundheitswesen, von der ersten Machbarkeitsstudie bis zur Ausführungsplanung (LP 1-5) mit ArchiCAD.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuern Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Fachplanern, Behörden sowie Partnern und führen die Planungsergebnisse souverän zusammen.
- Sie wirken bei der Vorbereitung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen mit und unterstützen das Projektteam bei der Objektüberwachung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss (LP 6-9).
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Terminvorgaben sicher und tragen so maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Bauvorhaben bei.
- Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich optional zur Projektleitung im Projektteam Planung zu entwickeln

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planungs- und Bauprozessen mit, idealerweise im Bereich der Gesundheitsimmobilien.
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Im Umgang mit gängiger Planungssoftware, wie z. B. ArchiCAD, sowie den MS-Office-Anwendungen sind Sie versiert.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und Sie überzeugen durch Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent.
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und bringen die Motivation mit, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
