Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder Facility Management, abgeschlossen
- Sie verfügen über min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Betrieb, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und sind bereit, digitale Tools aktiv voranzutreiben
- Sie haben Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, mittelfristig ein Team zu übernehmen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Organisationsstärke, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Sie freuen sich auf die Arbeit in einer besonderen Inselumgebung
- Sie bringen fließende Deutschkenntnisse mit (C1)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
