Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst federführend die internationale Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und koordinierst dabei die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Landesgesellschaften sowie externen Consulting-Partnern.
- Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und übersetzt die Anforderungen in einen globalen, systemgestützten Standard.
- Du erstellst und verantwortest die gesamte Projektplanung von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live und stellst sicher, dass Zeitpläne und Ziele verlässlich erreicht werden.
- Du etablierst eine transparente Kommunikations- und Meetingstruktur, um alle Projektbeteiligten und Stakeholder proaktiv über den Projektfortschritt auf dem Laufenden zu halten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit kaufmännischem oder prozessualem Schwerpunkt – oder überzeugst uns mit deiner Praxiserfahrung.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten mit und verstehst es, komplexe Geschäftsprozesse in technische Anforderungen zu übersetzen.
- Mit deiner Kommunikationsstärke und deinem sicheren Auftreten gewinnst du Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen für deine Projekte.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits mit ERP-Systemen wie Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central gearbeitet.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch und bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
