Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst das Team Vertragsmanagement mit ca. 8 Mitarbeitenden
- Du stellst eine präzise und termingerechte Abrechnung der Leasingverträge sicher
- Du steuerst die digitale Bearbeitung von Reparatur- und Schadensfällen und stellst klare Abläufe sowie hohe Bearbeitungsqualität im Team sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Leasingkund:innen
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Abläufen mit – pragmatisch, aus dem Prozessverständnis heraus, gemeinsam mit dem Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Erstausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement, Leasing oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Bereich – du kennst das Tagesgeschäft aus eigener Erfahrung
- Du hast Führungserfahrung und weißt, dass gute Führung mit Zuhören beginnt
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke und Umsetzungsorientierung
- Du trittst verbindlich sowie souverän auf und handelst entsprechend
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und serviceorientiert
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Vertragsmanagementsystemen ist von Vorteil

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
