Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und koordinierst anspruchsvolle Bau- und Raumsystemprojekte
- Du betreust die Projekte von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigstellung
- Du stimmst dich mit Bauherren, Fachplanern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern ab
- Du kontrollierst Termine, Kosten und Qualität
- Du unterstützt bei Ausschreibungen und Vergaben
- Du erstellst und prüfst Planungsunterlagen und wirkst bei der Weiterentwicklung moderner modularer Raumlösungen mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur, des Bauingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung, Bauleitung oder Projektkoordination mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit CAD-/BIM-Anwendungen
- Du hast Interesse an modularer Bauweise und innovativen Raumkonzepten

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
