Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die volle Ergebnis- und Umsatzverantwortung für den Bereich Kunststoffrecycling und berichtest direkt an die Geschäftsführung.
- Du planst den Personalbedarf für deine Abteilung, übernimmst die fachliche Führung und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden gezielt weiter.
- Du steuerst den gesamten Stoffstrom vom Einkauf über die Verarbeitung bis zum Verkauf und erstellst die entsprechenden Angebote.
- Du überwachst den Zustand der kunststoffverarbeitenden Maschinen, identifizierst Investitionsbedarf und optimierst kontinuierlich die Auslastung und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Du betreust aktiv unsere Bestands- und Neukunden, führst technische Erstberatungen durch und baust langfristige Partnerschaften auf.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. in Verfahrenstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung bildet deine Basis.
- Du bringst bereits Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Kunststoffen mit, idealerweise im Bereich Recycling oder Verfahrenstechnik.
- Mit deiner selbstständigen und verantwortungsbewussten Arbeitsweise überzeugst du nicht nur im Team, sondern auch im direkten Kundenkontakt.
- Du denkst analytisch, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und bringst das nötige Durchsetzungsvermögen mit, um Prozesse nachhaltig zu verbessern.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
