Unser Wohnhaus Am Helpoot ist eine moderne Wohneinrichtung für 21 Menschen mit geistigen oder mehrfachen Behinderungen. Hier suchen wir ab sofort:
Eine/n Sozialpädagogen, Heilpädagogen oder Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) für 39 Std./Woche als stellvertretende Leitung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest die Klient:innen im Alltag und stellst die Betreuung und Assistenz sicher
- Du führst das Personal, planst die Dienste und wirkst an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung mit
- Du organisierst das Tagesgeschäft
- Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben
- Du managst Krisen und Konflikte
- Du kommunizierst mit Angehörigen, Betreuenden und externen Stellen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in Heilpädagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit, oder bist Erzieher:in, Heilerziehungspfleger:in oder hast eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Leitungserfahrung mit
- Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Offenheit
- Du bist zuverlässig und teamfähig

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
