Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Leitung und Steuerung von Photovoltaik-Projekten für unsere Industrie- und Gewerbekunden, von der ersten Planung bis zur finalen Übergabe.
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung von Budget, Terminen sowie hohen Qualitätsstandards und stellst so den wirtschaftlichen Projekterfolg sicher.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du interne Fachteams (z.B. Montage, Elektrik) und externe Dienstleister und bist Hauptansprechpartner:in für Kunden und Partner.
- Du begleitest aktiv die technische Detailplanung (DC/AC), unterstützt bei Netzanträgen und überwachst die Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheitsvorgaben auf der Baustelle.
- Du sorgst für eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation und pflegst den Projektstatus in unserer Software, um ein transparentes Reporting zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. kaufmännische Ausbildung.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement von Photovoltaik-Projekten im Industrie- oder Gewerbeumfeld mit.
- Du verfügst über praktische Baustellenerfahrung, idealerweise auch in der AC-Umsetzung.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert und du überzeugst mit Kommunikations- und Organisationstalent.
- Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit branchenspezifischer Software und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch in Wort und Schrift auf mindestens C1-Niveau.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
