Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Belange in unserem Seniorenzentrum und sorgst für ein sicheres und gepflegtes Wohnumfeld für unsere Bewohner
- Du übernimmst eigenständig kleinere Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Malerarbeiten am Gebäude sowie am Inventar
- Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege der Außenanlagen und gewährleistest im Winter die Sicherheit auf den Wegen durch den Winterdienst
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Pflegepersonal und der Verwaltung zusammen und koordinierst bei Bedarf externe Handwerksfirmen
- Du verwaltest Werkzeuge sowie Materialien und stellst sicher, dass alles an seinem Platz und einsatzbereit ist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
