Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphasen 1–5 nach HOAI) für abwechslungsreiche Hochbauprojekte
- Du entwickelst maßgeschneiderte, nachhaltige Gebäudekonzepte und stimmst dich eng mit Bauherren, Behörden und Fachplanern ab
- Du erstellst Visualisierungen, Präsentationen und technische Dokumentationen, die zu deinem kreativen und präzisen Aufgabenbereich gehören
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Ausschreibung und Werkplanung und sicherst durchgehend unsere hohen Qualitäts- und Gestaltungsansprüche

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Architektur (Bachelor, Master oder Diplom) und bringst idealerweise relevante Berufserfahrung mit
- Du gehst sicher mit moderner CAD- und Planungssoftware (Archicad) sowie den gängigen Office-Programmen um
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Gestaltung, Konstruktion und Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Bau- und Planungsrecht
- Du zeichnest dich durch Teamgeist, eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kund:innen aus

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
