Was erwartet Sie?
- Als fester Bestandteil unserer Projektteams unterstützen Sie bei der strategischen und operativen Beratung von Akteuren im deutschen Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere von Krankenhäusern.
- Sie führen eigenständig Analyse- und Recherchetätigkeiten in allen Bereichen des Gesundheitswesens durch.
- Sie werten Daten insbesondere im Krankenhausumfeld aus, wie z.B. §21-Daten und Marktdaten.
- Sie beobachten und bewerten aktiv Trends im Gesundheitsmarkt.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Berater:innen wirken Sie an der Konzeption und Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Studien und Gutachten mit.
- Sie arbeiten sich tief in aktuelle Analysetools (z.B. Qlik Sense) ein und entwickeln diese weiter.
- Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Aufbereitung von Dashboards sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Analysemethoden.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, insbesondere in der Problemstrukturierung, und bringen eine ausgeprägte Affinität für die Datenaufbereitung sowie den Umgang mit Zahlen mit.
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnis der Zusammenhänge im deutschen Gesundheitswesen.
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und haben Interesse an wechselnden Anforderungen.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel.
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanksoftware; erste Berührungspunkte mit SQL und KI sind willkommenes Plus.
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C1-Niveau oder besser, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
