Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Web-Strategie für unsere drei Unternehmens-Websites (starface.com, estos.com, gammacommunications.de) und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung maßgeblich voran.
- Du entwickelst und implementierst zukunftsweisende Growth-Strategien in den Bereichen SEO, GEO und AI-Visibility, um unsere digitale Sichtbarkeit in Suchmaschinen und LLMs nachhaltig zu steigern.
- Basierend auf Datenanalysen konzipierst und realisierst du gezielte Maßnahmen zur Conversion-Optimierung und zur Verbesserung der User Experience entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.
- Mithilfe von Tools wie Google Analytics und Semrush definierst und überwachst du alle relevanten Web-KPIs und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen für das Management ab.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle steuerst du externe Agenturen sowie technische Partner und arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern aus Marketing, Sales und der Geschäftsführung zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Growth, Website-Management oder Webstrategie mit und hast bereits erfolgreich Webpräsenzen strategisch weiterentwickelt.
- Du bist datengetrieben, hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Web-KPIs und bist versiert im Umgang mit gängigen CMS- und Analyse-Tools (z. B. Wordpress, Google Analytics, Semrush).
- Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien wie AI und GEO, bewertest digitale Trends strategisch und hast idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Marketing-Workflows.
- Mit deiner strategischen und zugleich pragmatischen Denkweise steuerst du souverän komplexe Projekte und kommunizierst überzeugend mit Stakeholdern auf Management-Ebene.
- Erfahrung in Rebranding- oder Website-Relaunch-Projekten ist ein klares Plus, aber kein Muss.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
