Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie heben Leitungsgräben für unsere regionalen Infrastrukturprojekte aus und bedienen dabei moderne Baumaschinen wie Minibagger.
- Im Team verlegen Sie fachgerecht Kabel, Gasleitungen und Schutzrohre und stellen so eine sichere Versorgung in der Region sicher.
- Sie sind für den Aufbruch von Oberflächen wie Asphalt oder Pflaster sowie für deren sorgfältige Wiederherstellung nach Abschluss der Arbeiten zuständig.
- Sie richten Baustellen ein, sichern diese vorschriftsmäßig ab und tragen aktiv zur Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsstandards bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem baunahen Beruf (z. B. als Garten- und Landschaftsbauer, Straßenbauer oder Rohrleitungsbauer) oder sind ein motivierter Quereinsteiger.
- Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein, mindestens der Klasse B/BE, idealerweise sogar C oder CE.
- Eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise und echter Teamgeist zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie sind offen dafür, sich kontinuierlich im Bereich Tiefbau weiterzubilden und neue Fähigkeiten zu erlernen.
- Sie können sich auf Deutsch gut verständigen, um die Sicherheit auf der Baustelle zu gewährleisten.
