Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die strategische Beratung unserer Schlüsselkunden wie der Bundeswehr oder Telefonica und treiben die Entwicklung zukunftsweisender Digitalstrategien aktiv voran.
- Basierend auf fundierten Datenanalysen leiten Sie Handlungsempfehlungen ab und konzipieren maßgeschneiderte Konzepte, beispielsweise im Bereich von Diversity-Strategien.
- Sie steuern anspruchsvolle Transformationsprojekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung und agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle relevanten Stakeholder.
- Sie konzipieren und leiten strategische Workshops mit Entscheidungsträgern und übernehmen die fachliche Führung Ihres Projektteams.

- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der strategischen Unternehmensberatung mit
- Ihre Stärke liegt in der Analyse komplexer Geschäftsanforderungen und der Entwicklung passgenauer, digitaler Strategien für anspruchsvolle Kunden.
- Sie planen und steuern Projekte souverän und verstehen es, Stakeholder auf allen Ebenen durch Ihre überzeugende Kommunikation für sich zu gewinnen.
- Als erfahrene Persönlichkeit bringen Sie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung mit und motivieren Ihr Team, gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden und im Team sprechen Sie verhandlungssicher Deutsch (C1).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
